Built for road runners who need a little guidance without the stiff feel of a traditional stability shoe, the Experience Flow ST is our pick for high-mileage training in any conditions. GuideRail support keeps your stride in check without locking you down, while EGO P35 foam delivers a lively, responsive ride. Altra's FootShape toe box and rocker geometry round it out for runners who want natural feel with a confidence boost.

• GuideRail technology offers subtle overpronation support — firm enough to guide your stride, light enough that you barely notice it
• EGO P35 compression-molded foam gives you a springy, energetic ride without the dead-leg feeling of heavier midsoles
• Standard FootShape toe box lets your toes spread naturally, reducing hotspots and fatigue on longer efforts
• 4mm drop and rocker geometry promote a smooth forward roll and encourage a more natural foot strike for road miles
• Lightweight engineered mesh upper keeps airflow moving — a real plus when you're running in Southern heat and humidity; weighs just 8.4 oz
